We want you to be fully satisfied with your Prodigy Disc equipment; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original condition. If your discs or apparel don't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the course as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached and discs show no signs of field testing or wear.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
